About Mark S. Lee
Mark S. Lee is President & CEO of The LEE Group (TLG), MI LLC, an independent integrated marketing consulting firm providing marketing, branding, and communication solutions to clients. TLG also offers training & development, professional development opportunities, and Executive Coaching services.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mark S. Lee has held marketing leadership positions at blue-chip organizations including AAA, Pepsico, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, where he led strategic marketing, communication, and business growth initiatives.
Mark S. Lee served as the Detroit Lead Instructor for the Emerging Leaders program (formerly e200), an initiative focused on business growth and developing entrepreneurial CEOs. Under his three-year tenure, Detroit became the #1 program in the country.
As a noted public speaker and educator, Mark S. Lee is an adjunct professor of Marketing at Eastern Michigan University, Madonna University, and Northwood University, and has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer at Boston University and the University of North Florida.
Mr. Lee is a frequent media contributor and has shared his perspectives with Detroit PBS's American Black Journal, CBS Detroit, WWJ, Detroit Free Press, Detroit News, WDET, Crain's Detroit and CBS News Detroit.
He currently regularly contributes to Fox 2 News Detroit across various segments and platforms, including a weekly business segment on its streaming platform.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BBA from Eastern Michigan University.
